I've come across a free web hosting company that offers not only free web hosting, but free without the add-ons that other websites make you have. Also, they give you the ability to use all the great features that some free hosts take away.

Up to 5 Domains
phpMyAdmin, CPanel, much more...
No advertisements, sub-domain usage, etc.

Every download that is submitted will have a forum thread created for it automatically. The threads are located under the category "Submitted Downloads" and there is a sub-category for each download type.
(Applications, movies, etc.)
The thread will the have the download information, but not the links. It will have a link back to the download page to view the links and comments, etc.
Please post on that thread if you wish to have further discussion about it or ask questions. The commenting feature on the download page is only for small comments and thanks to the author.

I am going to be adding a textbox for the url to each download for sharing it.
It will include BBcode, URL, etc.
Please try and use this where you go as it will increase traffic and create backlinks to the site and help Uber-Warez become the most visited place for warez downloads.

I was thinking about a download moderation feature where moderators could download, scan, check the files for viruses and spyware/trojans, etc. and check off on downloads that they have scanned. This would place a little green check next to downloads that have been checked by moderators.
This would also make the download become unalterable by the user who posted it. Since the download is checked for working properly and infections it would have to stay that way.
If a download ever looses its host or becomes unavailable any user can report it as broken.
